NimooTV is an initiative founded by Pradyun Prasad Iyer, a high school student, with a simple goal: to use storytelling, music, creativity, and technology to promote emotional intelligence and contribute, in a small way, to the greater good of society.
Pradyun started NimooTV with the belief that helping children and young people understand emotions, empathy, relationships, choices, and values can contribute to kinder, more thoughtful communities. The mission is to make meaningful conversations about feelings and life accessible through stories that children, teenagers, parents, and educators can enjoy together.
NimooTV brings together short emotional stories, musical storytelling, animated narratives, family themes, life lessons, ethical questions, and stories inspired by folklore, literature, and Indian epics. The aim is not simply to entertain, but to encourage viewers to pause, reflect, empathize, and see situations from different perspectives.
